20 Air Street was completed in 2023 and involved the refurbishment of the reception, 2nd, 4th and 5th floors.
Rather than just stripping the floor back to a shell and starting again the team made a concerted effort to retain existing services where possible through justification and validation with a view to reducing carbon as best as possible.
