As part of our overall approach to sustainability we employ sustainability engineers who are qualified BREEAM, Home Quality (formally Code for Sustainable Homes) assessors and WELL and Fitwel accredited professionals.

There has been an industry shift away from ‘design for compliance’ to a more sustainable ethos of ‘design for performance’ which has been driven forward by the introduction of NABERS UK. We are a delivery partner for these assessments which provide a rating throughout the lifetime of the building. We are able to undertake assessments ourselves but also have a member of the independent design review panel in our team who can review assessments made by other consultants. We employ several experienced members of staff who can undertake the modelling work required for these assessments under the stewardship of our principal building performance engineer
