We’re proud to share the installation of a new on-site solar PV system at our Sunbury office, marking another strong step forward in our commitment to measurable operational carbon reduction.

The system comprises 41 solar panels with a total installed capacity of 21kW peak, delivering an estimated 13,075kWh of annual solar electricity generation (after losses). This is expected to meet around 25% of the building’s annual electrical demand, directly reducing reliance on grid electricity and improving long-term energy resilience.

This investment builds on the building’s proven performance, with our Sunbury office achieving the UK’s first NABERS UK Energy for Offices Whole Building Rating of 5.5 Stars, demonstrating what’s possible when operational energy is prioritised and performance is validated through robust measurement.

The environmental impact is significant, with an estimated 2.53 tonnes of CO₂ saved per year, equivalent to 116 trees planted annually.
