Our sustainability team provides the lead role from inception to handover on all aspects tracking the various accreditations and assessments through all RIBA Stages. We use our own bespoke trackers and dashboards to show progress and also highlight focus areas. Often we will lead separate sustainability meetings with the Client and Design Team members to progress all of the various elements and requirements thereby ensuring sustainability is given the highest priority.

We have accredited energy assessors who produce energy assessments (including EPCs) for planning and building regulations compliance.
Our Fitwel ambassadors can guide you through the assessment process to deliver buildings which enhance the health and well-being of their occupiers.
Watkins Payne is able to assist in providing NABERS UK Energy Ratings in tandem with Design for Performance and has a team of assessors experienced in conducting these assessments as the industry drives towards lower energy buildings.
