Revit Modelling

As project design evolves for many years now we have been using Revit in conjunction with other members of the design team. We are immensely proud of the work our dedicated Revit Technicians do to assist in coordinating and working through the design process from RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 4. It brings an increased level of coordination to the project, making them easier to price and reducing onsite issues.

Surveys and Audits

Surveys are a key element of our services and are undertaken for purchasers, landlords, and vendors. The purpose of a survey is to establish the general condition of building service installations, along with the quality of workmanship, materials, and compliance with codes of practice at the time of installation. Surveys can range from condition assessments to validation tasks and PPM schedules, along with dilapidations.

At Watkins Payne, surveys are undertaken by our own engineering staff who provide the level of technical competence needed, particularly when the time period for collating survey data is often limited.

Reports are tailored to suit individual brief requirements and can range from high-level overviews to detailed condition surveys with plant longevity analysis, budget cost assessments, and dilapidation schedules.
