Meet Our People

Watkins Payne operates out of 2 locations with over 60 employees. The practice employs Building Services engineers, building performance engineers, sustainability consultants, CAD / Revit staff, secretarial staff, technical / admin clerks and accounts personnel. Our reputation and success have been built on a philosophy of high management team involvement from project inception to practical completion.

We operate with a high senior management to staff ratio, which we consider essential to adhere to our project work ethos. This level of engineering commitment also ensures appropriate standards of engineering innovation and integration of commercially viable building services solutions. The drive and enthusiasm from senior management maintain our relationship as a proactive members of the design team.
