Our engineers attended the site at Palm Court in Richmond recently to review the progress of the refurbishment to a Cat A office standard. The refurbishment will involve the replacement of all major plants including the use of hybrid VRF, a new fresh air supply and extract air handling unit, replacement passenger lifts and new LED lighting and controls system, amongst others.

The scheme is registered with the BRE and is on track to achieve an ‘Excellent’ rating under the BREEAM RFO 2014.

The 2nd floor infill is underway, with new M+E equipment due on site very shortly. We can’t wait to see further site progress.
