The Northcliffe won the BREEAM award for #Best #Refurbishment and Fit-Out project at the 2024 BREEAM #awards yesterday. The Northcliffe (formerly known as Northcliffe House, the historic Daily Mail building) is located south of Fleet Street and began with planning consent being granted in January 2021. The refurbishment has transformed the building into over 260,000 square feet of modern office space and features a new ground-floor entrance, landscaped terraces, retail provisions and basement facilities.

The ambitious refurbishment prioritised sustainability from the outset, achieving BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ in August 2023.
