Great to visit the site and see the strip out and M&E first fix progress at Fountain Court. The aparthotel is made up of 4 buildings, a mix of studios, 1 bed and 2 beds, which is operated by PREM Group under their PREMIER SUITES brand, is undergoing a refurbishment including new boilers, improved ventilation systems, new kitchens, room reconfigurations and 5 brand new apartments. It was also great to visit the sample room to view how this accommodation will look when it opens in spring and summer this year.
