Landsec has commenced works on site on the complete major office refurbishment of Portland House in Victoria.

The 30 storey development will comprise circa 300,000ft2 of primarily office led accommodation together with retail and tenant amenity offerings.

The building is being designed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding rating and WELL Core Gold, plus it follows the Design for Performance approach to deliver a NABERS UK rating in line Landsec targets.
