The project comprises over 110,000ft² of office space over the basement, ground to 8th floor, significant public space enhancements and a private roof terrace on an island site adjacent to Admiralty Arch and Trafalgar Square, London.
The building is set to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, which is being assessed for Whole Life Carbon, Life Cycle Costing as informed by the design and has achieved NABERS UK Design Reviewed Target Rating of 5 stars.
