We visited Apex Tower in New Malden for an end of defects inspection a year on from completion. This 15-storey office building went through a full refurbishment of some of the office floors as well as seeing the creation of a prestigious reception a year ago. The enlarged reception still provides the feel of a high-end space with many of the refurbished office floors now occupied. With this success the client is currently refurbishing the remaining floors and we are delighted to be a part of this process.
