The refurbished and extended Grade II listed building provides grade A office space over ground to level 5 all served by an impressive reception space and central core, together with a multi-use retail unit. The building has modern day end of journey facilities along with extensive external terrace space across the floors, much of which overlooks the River Thames.

Sustainability is incredibly important for the Client and as such the building is targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, WELL ‘enabled’ Gold and low upfront embodied carbon, due to the extent of original building retention and conscious design and specification decisions made during the development process. In addition, the Design for Performance approach is being adopted with the building achieving a NABERS Design Reviewed Target Rating of 5.0 star, alongside certified WiredScore Platinum.

The building external terraces and roof benefit from a range of landscaped areas that significantly enhances biodiversity and allowed an Urban Greening Factor (UGF) in excess of 0.3 to be achieved which is a massive achievement for a commercial development.
