The full launch of the BREEAM 2018 New Construction update is expected this year, aiming to reflect industry developments, maintain its relevance, and push forward environmental performance practice.

A Grade II Listed Building in the St James’s conservation area, 7–10 Waterloo Place required the refurbishment of some 22,500ft² of Cat A office space and the conversion of ground and lower ground floors into 8,700ft² of restaurant shell unit.
Watkins Payne was well placed to assist BRIT Insurance in their move to the new Leadenhall Building, having undertaken several refurbishments at their previous headquarters in Bishopsgate.
