Coda Studio, located in Fulham’s Munster Road, contains 57 self-contained office units providing rentable accommodation for various types of small businesses. To enhance the community spirit of the site, an 8,600ft² section of the car park has been used to build a gym with lounge area and meeting room, exclusively for the use of Coda Studio occupants.
Coda Fit gym provides hi-tech cardio technology, free weights and a bespoke studio training room with air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, together with new showers, toilets and changing areas.
Coda Life community lounge has refreshment facilities, comfortable seating and decorative lighting enabling members to relax and socialise, while Coda Host meeting room provides an air conditioned environment equipped with modern conference facilities. Both areas have large openable windows to provide fresh air and daylight.
