Watkins Payne Partnership is delighted to report that the office development at 20 St James’s Street has won in the category for the best Refurbishment/Regeneration in the West End at the Office Agents Society (OAS) Development Award 2019.
The project, completed last summer, provides 53,295ft2 of high quality office accommodation, for which Watkins Payne provided the building services engineering, vertical transportation engineering, BREEAM duties and energy consultancy.
In recognition of the high standards incorporated by the design team, the stand out observation from the panel of judges was that the scheme made “very impressive use of spaces in a challenging building”.
