Watkins Payne Covid-19 Practice Update

With Covid-19 a reality for us all we at Watkins Payne recognise the need to prioritise the health and safety of our employees and all others who we work with across numerous projects. Also we recognise the need to provide continued support for our clients and project teams through this period of disruption.

Following the latest guidance released late on Monday by the Government which focussed on advice around avoiding non-essential travel and social contact along with working from home wherever possible, as from yesterday home working has been instigated throughout the practice. This will use our IT systems that have been previously tested to provide ongoing delivery of our services. There may be some challenges ahead around the overall telecoms infrastructure and capacity to cope with the unprecedented demand that it will see. Meetings will continue using software such as Microsoft Teams and Skype conferencing.

Our plan is to continue with this arrangement for the forthcoming period to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and we will keep these measures under constant review as Government guidance evolves.

If you have any questions or concerns then please contact the Project Partner or Associate.
