Watkins Payne were commissioned to undertake the design and refurbishment of the 2 retail units, 15 residential units and office space.

The 2 retail units at 72 Broadwick Street are provided for A1 and A3 respectively. Watkins Payne have provided incoming services to both units and kitchen extract services to the A3 unit.

The development involves the provision of 15 residential units which are provided with new mechanical, electrical and public health services throughout. The residential units are provided with LTHW underfloor heating, MVHR and domestic hot water from stand-alone gas fire boilers in each apartment. These residential units provide high quality residential space in the heart of London’s West End.

The final aspect of the development at 72 Broadwick Street is the incorporation of 59,000ft2 of office space which is provided with new mechanical, electrical and public health services. These services include new heating and cooling equipment (using an AET underfloor heating and cooling solution), ventilation plant (including heat recovery) lighting, electrical distribution, domestic hot water heating and drainage infrastructure to give the office accommodation a new lease on life and provide high quality and flexible space to incoming tenants.
