Building 5 has been shortlisted for the BCO regional awards!

Building 5, Foundation Business Park is the first offering of a site wide re-fresh at the business park in Maidenhead. The new office building feature 66,575ft² of net lettable area over three floors.

The office development with a central core and a triple height reception is comfort cooled utilising air source heat pumps. Fresh air is delivered via a central air handling unit with a high efficiency thermal wheel. Taking advantage of the flat roof structure a large array of photovoltaics has been installed.

With this all new high efficiency services been installed, and the office building achieved a ‘A’ rated EPC and ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating along with WiredScore rating of ‘Gold’.
