The Grade II listed building at 2 New Burlington Street has been redeveloped to offer 5,000ft2 of high quality residential accommodation, for which Watkins Payne supplied building services engineering and energy consultancy to achieve an EPC D rating.
This single six story dwelling is provided with all new building services. Mechanical ventilation to provide fresh air and energy efficient LED lighting were incorporated to the listed interior. The refrigerants based air conditioning units was cleverly concealed so not to disrupt the feel of the rooms.
