The development at Cathedral Street, Glasgow consists of 422-bedroom student accommodation. The space is well suited for students at the Glasgow Caledonian University, City of Glasgow College and Strathclyde University. 

The project is located in the heart of the city centre with fantastic views across the whole city and walking distances to nearby campus buildings. With 20 floors and plenty of room types to choose from this student accommodation also includes a rooftop terrace, amenities such as quiet zone and relaxation rooms, a private dining area and even karaoke booths. 

Watkins Payne was appointed as Sustainability Consultants to conduct the Fitwel assessment.

A Fitwel certification demonstrates a commitment to higher sustainability performance and quality in the built environment and provides a credible assessment against best-practice standards in the industry.
