The project is located in the heart of the city centre with fantastic views across the whole city and walking distances to nearby campus buildings. With 20 floors and plenty of room types to choose from this student accommodation also includes a rooftop terrace, amenities such as quiet zone and relaxation rooms, a private dining area and even karaoke booths.

Exposed services has been adopted for the office floor provided new LED linear lighting, ducted fan coil units and power distributed within the office floors.
