The development at Cathedral Street, Glasgow consists of 422-bedroom student accommodation. The space is well suited for students at the Glasgow Caledonian University, City of Glasgow College and Strathclyde University.
The project is located in the heart of the city centre with fantastic views across the whole city and walking distances to nearby campus buildings. With 20 floors and plenty of room types to choose from this student accommodation also includes a rooftop terrace, amenities such as quiet zone and relaxation rooms, a private dining area and even karaoke booths.

Watkins Payne carried out the Independent Design Review role for Block A at The Soapworks development.
The development is an 12 storey building comprising 13,475m2 (NIA) of office area over basement to eleventh floor and 141m2 of retail area located on ground floor.
The project also involved the refurbishment of the reception space and improvement of the cycle store entrance and wayfinding at basement level.
The Minerva House redevelopment works will include the partial demolition of the existing building and extension comprising of additional upper floors and a new lower ground floor.
