The project comprises over 200,000ft² of space over two basement levels, ground to level 18 within the Grade II listed building together with the refurbishment of Grade I listed Royal Opera Arcade.
The building refurbishment will integrate current day energy efficient solutions along with a complete façade replacement whilst retaining the extensive internal listed features and overall external appearance.
The building is set to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, WELL Gold rating and WiredScore Platinum.
