
Adventure Park Windsor
The Adventure Park covers 1.2 acres and is created using sustainably-sourced wood from the Windsor Estate, providing an extensive playground for families to explore together.
8 South Crescent, Canning Town is now completed. It is a transformation of the industrial unit with a new and improved facade giving the building a dynamic and unique look.
This detached Industrial logistics unit is being fully refurbished with new ventilation and VRF comfort cooling and space heating systems for the office and reception areas, complete with new LED lighting installations.
The roof has been fitted with solar PV panels. The solar PV panels will provide enough renewable electricity to offset the annual operation of all internal lighting.
The unit is located in South Crescent off Cody Road within Canning Town, approximately 3 miles east of The City, in the London Borough of Newham. The area enjoys easy access to the A13 which in turn provides a swift route to Docklands, The City, A12/A102 (Blackwall Tunnel Northern Approach) to the west and the North Circular Road (A406) and M25 to the east.

An 8,600ft² section of the existing car park was reallocated for the development of a gym, lounge and meeting area, for which Watkins Payne supplied building services engineering.
The office building has achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating with ‘Very Good’ ratings for the retail units.
The development is an 12 storey building comprising 13,475m2 (NIA) of office area over basement to eleventh floor and 141m2 of retail area located on ground floor.

The Grade II listed 21 St James’ Square building has been refurbished to offer 89,000ft² of high quality office accommodation, for which Watkins Payne supplied building services engineering, vertical transportation engineering, energy consultancy to achieve an BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC B rating.
