St James’s Market Phase 2 is the “pioneer” related to the Design for Performance initiative and NABERS UK rating.

Multistory (formerly 2 Colmore Square and Cannon House) is setting the new benchwork for Sustainability, targeting WiredScore Platinum, Fitwel 2 star and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of ‘B’.

The project involved the refurbishment and extension of the existing building to deliver over 260,000sq ft of office space, achieving BREEAM ‘Outstanding’.

The development Pegasus Mayfair is targeting a B rated EPC, BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and WELL ‘Gold’ and Watkins Payne is providing these services.

The office building has achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating with ‘Very Good’ ratings for the retail units.
