The existing building previously utilised a single phase supply so an upgrade in the supply authority meter to a 3-phase supply was also required.
The office floors were completed to a Cat A+ standard with a view that tenants could potentially move straight in with the client electing to provide tea points and some other tenants services onto the floors.
