The Practice was responsible for the design and monitoring of the refurbishment of the kitchen facilities. This covered all aspects of the mechanical, electrical and public health services, covering the full kitchen and dishwashing areas. The hotel catering operation had to be maintained during the course of the works, presenting a number of technical challenges that had to be overcome.
11 Waterloo Place is located in St James’s London. The newly refurbished CAT A office space on the 1st floor is complete with amazing views of Big Ben and St James’s Park.
Sustainability is incredibly important for the Client and as such the building is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Gold ratings alongside WiredScore Platinum.
