The Grade II listed 21 St James’ Square building has been refurbished to offer 89,000ft² of high quality office accommodation, for which Watkins Payne supplied building services engineering, vertical transportation engineering, energy consultancy to achieve an BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC B rating.

Designed by Foster Associates in the late 1970s, the Tetris A40 industrial and logistics distribution building in Greenford contains elements that are now listed due to their architectural and design value.

The Grade II listed building at 2 New Burlington Street has been redeveloped to offer 5,000ft² of high quality residential accommodation, for which Watkins Payne supplied building services engineering and energy consultancy to achieve an EPC D rating.

The building Africa House along Kingsway near Holborn Station has been refurbished to offer 119,297ft² of high quality office accommodation, for which Watkins Payne supplied building services engineering, vertical transportation engineering, BREEAM duties and energy consultancy to achieve an EPC C rating.

A Grade II Listed Building in the St James’s conservation area, 8 Waterloo Place has been refurbished to offer 22,500ft² of high quality office accommodation and 8,700ft² of restaurant shell unit, for which Watkins Payne supplied building services engineering, BREEAM duties and energy consultancy to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an EPC B rating.
