103 Colmore Row in Birmingham, has achieved a successful practical completion with BREEAM accreditation of ‘Excellent’, an EPC Rating A, and WiredScore rating of ‘Platinum’.

‘The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has granted planning consent for 115,000 sq ft of new high-quality office space at 63-81 Pelham Street.’

Watkins Payne was commissioned to design a Cat A fit-out refurbishment across the existing 11,800sq.ft building. The ground floor was completely redeveloped with a new office entrance lobby and 1,300sq.ft new retail space.

32 Duke Street in the heart of St James’s, the contemporary development known as The Marq comprises mixed use accommodation, with A1 and A3 retail units across ground and basement floors and 35,460ft2 of office space on six upper levels.
